Description: Done this as past of the Konkura fitness challenge site...all done on bodyweight vs power ratio...managed 6 more reps this time for a total of 35 reps with 27.5kgs at a b/w of 68.5kgs...well pleased!!!...
Kneel over side of bench by placing knee and hand of supporting arm on bench. Position foot of opposite leg slightly back to side. Grasp dumbbell from floor.
