Title: One Armed Pull-Up Exercise....
Description: The rules of this exercise is quite simple, to simply grab the pull up bar with one hand, grab your wrist with the other and do as many pull ups as you can!! Sounds easy, but trust me this is sheer torture on the whole upper body.....I managed to 16 including the first initial pull-up...this was the first time I have done this in years, and was ring-rusty but I feel that on my day I could do 25!!!
