I am a personal trainer, strength coach and pre-post natal traner. I am also a kettlebell, TRX, ViPR and Powerplate trainer.
I specialise in sport-specific training, athletic performance and body composition based training. My favourite things to use are my competition kettlebells, weighted vest and cyclone ball.
I like to use a gym as much as the next person but I also like to challenge myself and get outdoors, make the most of what's around me and "Train To your Environment" #TTYE
Rugby (mainly rugby)
Also competed in football, basketball, cricket, tennis and shot putt at some stage but always fallen back to rugby.
