I posted on the MRSS Get Fit Team club news: I know most of us can do more than 10 push ups and even 20 or more on these first few days, but I have a feeling the contests asks to stick to that specific number for a reason each day, so don't over do it the first week or two, or it may hurt you in the long run.

If the competitors in your challenge will just have to complete the challenge and say they did it (or post a photo or video as proof), select "Just do it challenge".
If they need to post a single number (such as a time, distance, weight or number of reps) as their score, then select "Single measured event challenge".
If you want them to do more than one thing and post a score for each (or if they need to post one score plus another number such as their age or weight so that you can use that to adjust their score) select "Multi-event challenge".
