For those who find full tri too time consuming or just too arduous! Do a 20 min swim, followed by a 20 min bike and a 20 min run and post your distances.
The swim distance is worth 3 times the run...
If the competitors in your challenge will just have to complete the challenge and say they did it (or post a photo or video as proof), select "Just do it challenge".
If they need to post a single number (such as a time, distance, weight or number of reps) as their score, then select "Single measured event challenge".
If you want them to do more than one thing and post a score for each (or if they need to post one score plus another number such as their age or weight so that you can use that to adjust their score) select "Multi-event challenge".
