Maximum continuous dumbbell flys with a combined dumbbell weight of 500% of your bodyweight. For example, if you weigh 80kgs you must complete the challenge with dumbbells weighing 20kgs each.
The winner of this challenge will be the competitor with the most continuous reps at 50% of their bodyweight.
