By the time I work up to 40 reps to beat your 815 score, you will probably be over 1000. by AndyWeaver on 4/23/2012 6:16:44 PM

  • profile pic Thank you for the great words Andy, every challenge i'm doing now like yourself, Bear, Worthster and a few others with putting up videos, you can't put imaginary figures when you've done a vid..the figures and times are there in clear black and white...as long as the form is near perfect then you are not going to get any bad comments made...Am in the process of devising a hideous circuit challenge from my old para days...watch this space! Keep up the great work And, huge respect..:) by GedMustoNumber1 on 4/21/2012 4:45:00 PM

8 on 55 is great man! That's how dumbell rows should be done! by Exskinnybloke on 10/4/2011 2:41:59 PM

  • profile pic Great. Werid but i've been thinking of starting training this again recently. Lets try keep the weight high though guys, no doubt most people could do several hundred reps on a silly light dumbell! by Exskinnybloke on 10/4/2011 2:40:00 PM
