1 minute burpees + 1 minute push-ups

1 minute burpees + 1 minute push-ups

Blast out as many burpees as you can in one minute, then immediately move on to push-ups for a further minute. The whole exercise will take you 2 minutes - if you make it to the end!!  more about this challenge...

  • profile pic I'm here to criticise and post almost every video that I do. This challenge should be completely redone. Again, call me an A__ but I believe a pushup is chest to within 1-2" off the ground to full extension! Most of these videos are half pushups. And it should state correct burpee form. most of the people in the video with 4 people in it. didn't even do 1 good burpee. Just sayin. by Bear on 7/18/2011 12:14:00 AM

  • profile pic I think for these challenges, there needs to be measurable guidelines. A burpee is the chest touching the ground with hands coming above the head for a clap at the end when you jump.If people really want a true indication of their score, doing it correctly with full ROM and some accountability is far better than blasting out a stack of half reps. by bits1979 on 11/19/2010 9:32:00 PM
