Perform 5 exercises on TRX as fast as you can keeping proper form(watch sample video). 1. Suspended 1 leg burpees 10/side(changing side included in time) untangle straps(included in time) 2.40 rows(body straps at right angle) 3.40 press ups(body straps at right angle) 4. 40 ski jumpers :) right angle too 5. 40 jacknives(body parallel to floor) Changing positions included in time.
