    No offence mate, but they aren't proper pull ups. Proper pull ups are full extension of the arms upon lowering so that they are completely straight with no bend. Most people 'cheat' (normally without realising) by not going to full extension as the m by bits1979 on 11/19/2010 7:50:31 AM
