Bleep Test - Simplified for treadmill

This is a rough guide to see your VO2 Max, as it's simplified to make it easy to do on the treadmill. Start the treadmill on 8.5Km/hr. Every minute, increase your speed by 0.5Km/hr. Write down the maximum time you got to. (Note - Don't worry about the time lag the treadmill takes at the beginning to get to 8.5Km - it's only a couple seconds because it's such a slow pace.)   more about this challenge...

    Wow, that's impressive! I wonder what you'd get on the real bleep test / VO2 Max tests! I modified this one to make it easily accessible - the real one you have it for a minute "and a bit", plus the stops and starts of a shuttle run - but still, ge by Sylvattica on 1/2/2012 11:09:53 AM
