The rules of the 'Beast Workout'are as follows:-
1) The workout must be performed in no more than one hour.
2) The aim is to perform deadlifts, benchpress, squats, chest press and dumbbell curls through-out the hour.
3)You record your personal best in each event performed in the hour (e.g. Deadlifts best score is 20 reps at 40kgs)
