The 300 challenge modified for us fit chicks!! I am 164 lbs and 5'8 and this is my modification that still kicks my a$$ 25 pullups (70lbs assisted) 50 deadlifts at 80lbs total 50 push ups STRICT - NO KNEES girls 50 box jumps at least 16" 50 floor wipers 55lbs total (1 left and 1 right = 1 set) 50 clean and press kettlebell 20lbs (25 per side = 50) 25 pullups same as above There is the 300 Challenge for Women according to Bonita :) I have done this many times and my best time ever was...   more details
