'Benchpress Oblivion' is the ultimate benchpressing challenge. Load 10kg onto each side of your barbell. Starting with a narrow grip, where your thumbs are touching, complete 6 benchpresses. Without pause adjust your grip to a standard shoulder width grip and blast out another 6 reps. Finally adjust to the widest grip poassible and complete a further 6 reps.
