  • profile pic I don't lug around video equipment. Most cell phones have a video recorder in them. You can either email it to your computer or use a USB port like I do and plug directly into your computer and download it. by Bear on 2/6/2011 1:54:00 AM

  • profile pic Why are squat thrusts and burpees both included in this challenge when they are so similar? I think pull ups or chin ups should be added instead to provide some variation. by cotoncub on 1/30/2011 1:23:00 AM

  • profile pic How many of the people on this site are able to load videos? Many of the challenges need to be done in a gym, so how many people who even have video recording equipment can lug it down to their gym & set it all up? Would you wish to restrict all submitted scores to those with video evidence? This site would then have very limited usage. I accept that there will be false/dodgy times posted, but you have to live with that. CrossFit, for example, has no issues with it. Furthermore, if you wish to question my personal integrity you are welcome to attend/participate with me a strictly judged Gymathlon, Octathlon or World Gym Challenge event (see their respective sites for details). by Abu Aqilah on 1/27/2011 5:31:00 PM

  • profile pic I'm sorry but I simply do not have any facility for making videos. by Abu Aqilah on 1/26/2011 11:26:00 PM

  • profile pic You posting a video Abu? by Worthster on 1/25/2011 6:36:00 PM

  • profile pic I did them as now specified. by Abu Aqilah on 1/24/2011 11:52:00 PM

  • profile pic So how did you do ya star jumps Abu? Since you haven't added visual evidence I can only imagine you were jumping up and down on a star shaped symbol. by JohnnyHeysham on 1/24/2011 10:54:00 AM

  • profile pic It is not a question of not knowing what star jumps are, but there are variations & different definitions. Many refer to what are commonly known as jump jacks as star jumps. Likewise there can be various forms of the other exercises in this challenge. Thankfully these have all now been clarified. Otherwise times submitted would not be comparable as different people will have done different versions. by Abu Aqilah on 1/23/2011 12:10:00 PM
