  • profile pic Alright. Well, I can't stand the poor form being executed on these challenges. I will be withdrawing most of my scores and videos. If you can't do the challenge correctly and notice THAT YOUR FORM IS NOWHERE NEAR CORRECT FORM, then that is shame on you! I'm sorry, but I just can't take it anymore. As said, good effort marien, but bear's point is correct, just for a little perspective, i trained press ups in 30 seconds for 3month before finding and joining this site, and at the beginning of may managed 63 (in 30 seconds) although my form was very much similar to marien's, since joining konkura i now realised strict full movement form is the better option. by Exskinnybloke on 8/19/2011 4:51:00 PM
