Walk for life

Walking may seem relatively easy, but how far and how fast can you go? All that is required is a good pair of comfortable walking shoes, and if you're going for more than a twenty minute walk, a bottle of water, a map and a snack to sustain you for the long haul. If you plan on walking fast, only go as fast as you're comfortable with. You should be able to hold a conversation with someone without shortness of breath. If you experience any pain, lessen the intensity or stop and stretch it out.  more about this challenge...
