  • profile pic It seems right Angelo - I added 1 rep at 82kgs because my form was poor. Someone must have already voted 3 for my form, so it stayed the same - it takes an average of the ratings.   • profile pic FAZZ...yes, I'm a little fired up. worthster, yes, what you did is still pretty damn good. I'm not taking away anything from what you did. But, I am just a strict person when it comes to form. There are hundreds of people at my gym....95% of them don't lift with proper form...they swing everything and never do a full rep. If that's what they want to do, then so be it, but I like doing full reps with no break in form unless I want to get 1 or 2 more reps. by Bear on 1/21/2011 12:25:00 AM

  • profile pic I've re-watched my video and, although it's a fien effort!!!, you are right baout the arm not being fully extended. I have changemy score to one until I re-try and video this event.
