Hi Guys,this is not a fitness challenge, just a really great workout. I will typically do one full circuit after a heavy weight session. However on a really busy day if i can only find 30 minutes to train i'll just hit this circuit 3 times with a 2 minute break between sets. Enjoy!
10 KB swings Left,Right,Middle
10 KB cleans Left,Right
10 KB clean&press Left,Right
10 KB snatches Left,Right
10 KB Turkish get ups (5 each side)
