Former UFC Heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar is a powerhouse of a fighter witrh great upperbody strength. This workout / challenge is a beast. The aim of the game is to complete the following exercises as quickly as possible: 10 reps each arm of Single-Leg Dumbbell Snatch with 10kgs weights.
