The Alternative Gym Triathlon

Like the other gym triathlon challenges, this requires you to complete a run, row and cycle in the gym. However, instead of distance based, it's time based. So, you run for 10minutes, then row for 10minutes and finally cycle for 10minutes. Total up the distance you travelled in your 30mins of exercise and that's your score.
