1-get into push up position 2-turn palms inwards,finger tips facing each other 3-turn palms,inside facing up 4-body in straight line from head to toe NB:those with weak wrists don't attempt  more about this challenge...

    I appreciate his effort but on push ups his arms should be closer together nearly shoulder length. Having his arms far apart like that is easier and not the right way to do a push up. by lenyp on 10/5/2013 4:18:23 PM
