  • profile pic Would like to see some videos. I could handle a lot more weight on knees or shins than feet. Want to see how everyone balanced the foot weights. by AndyWeaver on 5/30/2012 4:19:00 PM

  • profile pic Good question!!...each time you "touch" the floor that is one rep. Good luck!! by Strongabs569 on 2/17/2012 6:35:00 PM

  • profile pic What is a rep? Is it left to right that equals 1 rep. Or would it be left equals 1 rep then going right would be rep 2? by Bear on 2/17/2012 12:39:00 AM

  • profile pic Answers in kilos please!! Good luck!! by Strongabs569 on 2/16/2012 6:32:00 PM

  • profile pic Ah, that makes better sense - I was holding a medicine ball between my feet, which makes it a bit slippy - I could do more reps if I didn't have to concentrate on that so much. It's a great challenge - really burns nicely trying to do as many as possible in a minute - I'll try doing it again tomorrow. by Sylvattica on 2/15/2012 6:36:00 PM

  • profile pic ....thanks for your question: i use a plate on a bar between my feet and to all intents a kettlebell, (16lb) for the reps. I will attempt my challenge tonight! How are you finding it? by Strongabs569 on 2/15/2012 1:26:00 PM

  • profile pic StrongAbs - What are you using for weight - I've been using 2 medicine balls, but they only go up to 8kg - do you use plates? by Sylvattica on 2/14/2012 9:49:00 PM
