Want to get fit for the London Olympics 2012? Don't be a couch potato, get active and show everyone the real Olympic spirit! This gym-based workout combines rowing (1 Kilometre), cycling (3 kilometres) then running (1 kilometre). The athlete with the fastest combined times is the winner. You need to do all 3 exercises in a single session taking no more than 5 minutes rest between each.
