The Superman Plank Workout

This workout is similar to the popular 'Plank Test', but much more difficult!     Superb stuff! Excellent core strength. Like the way you corrected the balance a couple of times when you wobbled. I do it at the gym resting on my palm with stretched arm (not on the forearm) but I struggle to stay up for more than a minute. 1:45 is by diegogarro on 7/4/2011 9:37:08 PM
