The running times are good. but your talking bullshit on the press-ups and sit-ups. Pull ups yes if done correctly. by bigstevo83 on 7/9/2013 12:57:52 AM

  • profile pic So far going great, really enjoying it every Monday and improved a lot since my first attempt. Also just managed to pass all of them today, main sticking point was the press ups. by simonp83 on 3/25/2013 5:07:00 PM

  • profile pic Good idea simonp83 - doing any challenge regularly is going to drive you up the leaderboard, but I think that's particularly true of this challenge by TeamKonkura on 1/9/2013 10:34:00 PM

  • profile pic First try scored a -43, think I was a bit apprehensive and nervous about the second run that I caused problems with my heart racing too much in the first run lol. Going to make it my Monday night training session and just do it as a bit of fun and see how I improve. by simonp83 on 1/9/2013 1:27:00 PM

  • profile pic So the rest period between the two runs is 1 minute and not 10 minutes? Bugger!! by rehills80 on 12/18/2012 3:24:00 AM

  • profile pic That was really tough, but its got my blood running. Lots of Christmas stuff to do today!! by dangeorge15 on 12/16/2012 11:36:00 AM

Hmmm... I agree with bear, need to see the technique... and have a look at the pull ups? There are a few similar challenges to this at http://bootneckblueprint.com by The Renegade Bootneck on 8/30/2012 2:37:25 AM

In order for me to believe this...I would need to just see the video of you doing the press ups and sit-ups. I bet they aren't even close to a "real" one. by Bear on 8/17/2011 1:42:36 AM

Extraordinay claims require extraordinary proof. We've got to see a video of this sort of performance, azza, because it's way, way ahead of what some very serious athletes have scored in this challenge! by Dinosaur on 5/11/2011 8:44:12 PM

  • profile pic I have changed the rest period to 1 minute rather than 10 minutes - my mistake by SgtHardman on 2/22/2011 9:35:00 PM
