So far going great, really enjoying it every Monday and improved a lot since my first attempt. Also just managed to pass all of them today, main sticking point was the press ups.

Good idea simonp83 - doing any challenge regularly is going to drive you up the leaderboard, but I think that's particularly true of this challenge

First try scored a -43, think I was a bit apprehensive and nervous about the second run that I caused problems with my heart racing too much in the first run lol. Going to make it my Monday night training session and just do it as a bit of fun and see how I improve.

So the rest period between the two runs is 1 minute and not 10 minutes? Bugger!!
