that looks like cheating - your legs are to high by MartinChampion on 8/5/2012 8:03:53 PM

  • profile pic Damn good effort Jon, but as Csmeredith correctly stated the legs has to be straight, but the knees bent on the odd occasions, legs were pointing downwards and then straight up again...it's the equivilent of only doing a half push up when it should be the full range of motion... by GedMustoNumber1 on 4/8/2012 2:56:00 PM

  • profile pic no, you guys are fine. I just thought when doing this challenge that your legs had to be like the picture..parallel to the floor. But, the description didn't state that....so, off we go : ) by Bear on 2/18/2011 12:33:00 AM

  • profile pic Legs straight, as the challenge details - parallel bars are allowed, not legs parallel to the floor. I can redo the video if you'd like to maintain a parallel "to the floor" approach. by Csmeredith on 2/18/2011 12:10:00 AM

  • profile pic Do we need legs parallel to ground? Will re-do if we should. by JonHall on 2/16/2011 11:07:00 PM

  • profile pic Alright, now I'm a little confused here. Out of the top 3 guys on here...stevie had the best video and did what the challenge stated! The top 2 guys didn't have their legs parallel to the floor. I know it's easier that way as well. The best way to do them is to do them with push up bars. With these you have to have your legs parallel or your heels will hit the floor. Just stating what I see. my video didn't upload, so I will do it again tomorrow. by Bear on 2/6/2011 3:06:00 AM

  • profile pic Is it not easier the higher up you are raised? Good effort Jon, but I think you should try it on the low bars on the ground by WilliamScott on 2/2/2011 10:40:00 AM

  • profile pic If I was (on steroids), I'd be asking for my money back ;) I'm training to be able to do the human flag challenge which helps a lot with this. I'm still miles off it though :( by JonHall on 9/21/2010 1:46:00 PM
