"Hardest pushup in the world?"

This is basically a "superman" pushup. 1. start out lying on the floor with arms stretched out in front of you. 2. palms about shoulder width apart 3. feet no more then 1' apart 4. Must keep forearms off ground 5. Form must be kept the whole time 6. when coming down, tap your stomach off ground (not bounce!)   more about this challenge...

Deadlifts, back extensions (20 reps then hold the last one for about a minute..30 sec. break, then do again)...and more lifts that incorporate your core.
