If you like this challenge but it's private, for people of a much higher or lower
ability/fitness level, or you think lots of people are lying about their scores,
don't forget you can easily create a similar challenge for a different set of competitors,
or keep it private for friends who you trust to post honest scores. If you create

Ever dreamed of night-time boat assaults on an enemy beach? See if you could pass the Royal Marines entrance fitness test.
The basic test is:
- do a 1.5 mile run in under 12.5mins
- 1 minute rest
- do a second 1.5 mile run in under 10.5mins
Then a gym test:
- press-ups in 2 mins (min target: 60)
- 2 mins rest
- sit-ups in 2 mins (min target: 80)
- 2 mins rest
- as many pull-ups as you can do without letting go (min target: 6)

Do this run with less than 10 minutes rest from the first run, and in under 10.5 minutes.
Full pull-ups, without a break, and with palms facing away from body from full hang to chest touching bar.

These must be full sit-ups where your elbows touch both knees and floor during each rep
No. of press-ups in 2 minutes
