  • profile pic You won't here from me for a while until I build up my fitness probably couldn't do more than about 3 press ups at the moment sit ups?20 or so. Can barely walk a mile let alone run it and as for pull ups........

  • profile pic So far going great, really enjoying it every Monday and improved a lot since my first attempt. Also just managed to pass all of them today, main sticking point was the press ups.
