Your goal is to do as many of these crazy burpees as you can. No time limit but you cannot rest for more than 15 seconds between burpees and you must execute each segment of the burpee properly and safely.     I did these without stopping up to 3 mins then stopped since my shoulder is still aching from all the other top spot places I did today.
    I'll wait for someone to beat that before I do more.

Here's what you need to do to take part:

Your goal is to do as many of these crazy burpees as you can. No time limit but you cannot rest for more than 15 seconds between burpees and you must execute each segment of the burpee properly and safely.

Like a traditional burpee PLUS some!!!

1) Start in standing position with your feet apart, just past hip width

2) Squat deep down to the ground, while placing hands on ground on the ground on the insides of the feet (you will need to work on your adductor flexibility for this)

3) thrust your legs back until you are in the plank position

4) perform two pushups

5) with your right hand, reach for the sky twisting at your torso, try to keep your hips parallel to the floor as much as possible. (you will be in a side T Plank position). Replace hand

6) perform 6 mountain climbers (3 per leg)

7) perform 2 pushups

8) with your left hand, reach for the sky twisting at your torso, try to keep your hips parallel to the floor as much as possible. (you will be in a side T Plank position). Replace hand

9) perform 6 mountain climbers (3 per leg)

10) thrust your legs back forward until you are in a squat position with your hands on the floor, to the insides of your feet

11) Jump straight up in the air and land with your feet together
