The 'Push-up to 1 Arm Row' challenge involves completing as many continuous reps of the below exercise. Each rep constitutes completing a push-up followed by a one armed row whilst holding a dumbbell of stated weight.     A bit better than the first attempt, posting video. Tried to stay in control of the weight and go slow and steady. Hope to eventually do 40 or take on a heavier dumbbell.
