    I managed to do 25 strict presses in 27 seconds, in the video which will be uploaded it shows me doing 26 in 28 seconds...Am well pleased with this, used to doing much heavier weights than this, but I have set a good hard benchmark for anyone to try and beat, and whoever breaks it will need to have video evidence as I have shown...

    OliChapman: I would like to point out, during every repetition you used your legs making those all push presses and not strict shoulder presses.
