5 Km on cross-trainer (I used a LifeFitness machine, mode = manual, level = 8) 5 Km running on treadmill (I used a LifeFitnness machine, incline = 0) 5 Km on rower (I used a Concept2 PM3 machine, drag = minimum) 5 Km on exercise bike (I used a LifeFitness machine, in 'bike' mode) 500 m swimming (I swam front crawl, 20 lengths in a 25m swimming pool)
