The GetFitGetLife 3 Minute Challenge

This is the first in the series of GetFitGetLife challenges which will be contested by the GG writers alongside competitors from around the World. Getfitgetlife.org is a comprehensive source of information to empower young women to live with a healthy lifestyle. The 3 Minute Challenge involves completing 1 minute of push-ups followed by 1 minute of sit-ups and finally 1 minute of star jumps. The aim is to complete as many reps as possible in a safe manner whilst maintaining good form.
