Multipower Body Prize Challenge: Women-only toning challenge

This is a women-only gym challenge designed to help you tone up using light weights and body weight. Despite the light weights, this is a challenging workout that you can push as hard as you like at - but make sure to start off gently and build-up gradually if you're not used to workouts like this. Make sure you warm up carefully, then complete the following circuit as fast as you can. It doesn't matter if you do all 50 reps of each exercise in one go, or if you have to break them up and rest - but your score is the time from the moment you lift the first weight to when you finish the last exercise. The workout consists of: - 50 reps squats, 10kg weight - 50 reps kneeling press ups - 50 reps sit-ups - 50 reps dumbell shoulder press, 5kg dumbells - 50 reps dumbell curls, 7.5kg dumbells - 50 reps lunges with 20kg barbell on shoulders One lucky competitor will win a £100 goody bag of Multipower Body advanced sports nutrition, developed to support weight loss and toning through exercise. The prize will be awarded at random once 100 competitors are active in the challenge. Prove your score by videoing the circuit and posting the whole video or edited highlights. For best results you should repeat this circuit 3-4 times per week for several weeks - you'll soon start to notice the difference in your toning and general fitness!
