Plyometric box jump for height (height adjusted) challenge

Jump as high as you can onto a plyo box or whatever will work for you. You are not allowed to take a step. Feet must be planted...then just jump. To calculate: take the height of the box and divide that by your height in inches. Example: 40" box jumped by a person who is 72" would equal .556. 40" box jumped by a person who is 64" would equal .625.
