The Side Plank Test challenge

How long can you continuously hold yourself in the Side Plank Position (see challenge photo for example). Rest one forearm on the floor with the other to the side or raised in the air. One tip before you give it a go: post a video if you want to be taken seriously and avoid a rollicking from me!!
