Bleep Test - Simplified for treadmill challenge

This is a rough guide to see your VO2 Max, as it's simplified to make it easy to do on the treadmill. Start the treadmill on 8.5Km/hr. Every minute, increase your speed by 0.5Km/hr. Write down the maximum time you got to. (Note - Don't worry about the time lag the treadmill takes at the beginning to get to 8.5Km - it's only a couple seconds because it's such a slow pace.)
