The Mike Tyson Beast Workout challenge

In his prime Iron Mike Tyson was the self proclaimed 'baddest man on the planet' - and few would disagree! The rules of the 'Beast Workout'are as follows:- 1) The workout must be performed in no more than one hour. 2) The aim is to perform deadlifts, benchpress, squats, chest press and dumbbell curls through-out the hour. 3)You record your personal best in each event performed in the hour (e.g. Deadlifts best score is 20 reps at 40kgs) 4) This challenge is weight adjusted,thus enter your bodyweight in kgs. 5) To encourage video submission the challenge is rated, thus to improve your score get fellow competitors to rate your technique /form when performing the exercises. Event 1: Deadlifts - Weight in kilograms
Record the weight of barbell (in kgs) used when performing your best attempt deadlift within the hour

Event 2: Deadlifts - number of reps
Record the number of reps completed when performing your best attempt deadlift within the hour

Event 3: Benchpress - weight in kilograms
Record the weight of barbell (in kgs) used when performing your best attempt benchpress within the hour

Event 4: Benchpress - number of reps
Record the number of reps completed when performing your best attempt benchpress within the hour

Event 5: Squats - weight in kilograms
Record the weight of barbell (in kgs) used when performing your best attempt squats within the hour

Event 6: Squats - number of reps
Record the number of reps completed when performing your best attempt Squats within the hour

Event 7: Chest Press in Kilograms (machine based)
Record the weight of stack used when performing your best attempt chest press within the hour

Event 8: Chest Press - number of reps
Record the number of reps completed when performing your best attempt Chest Press within the hour

Event 9: Dumbbell Curl - Weight in Kgs (of one dumbell)
Record the weight of one dumbell(in kgs) used when performing your best attempt dumbbell curl within the hour. each arm curl counts as one rep.

Event 10: Dumbbell Curl - number of reps
Record the number of reps completed when performing your best attempt Dumbbell Curl within the hour. One arm curl= 1 rep.

Event 11: Your weight in kilograms
Enter your weight in kilograms.

Event 12: Rate my technique
Rate my technique whilst performing the exercise. 1 = awful, 5 = perfect.
