The Dumbell Curl Challenge

This challenge is all about the biceps baby!! How many continuous dumbell curls can you squeeze out and at what weight? Your score will be calculated by multiplying the number of continuous repetitions by the weight of one dumbell. Sounds an easy workout - you won't be saying that when your biceps are close to bursting! Who will be the dumbell King / Queen in this strength challenge?

Event 1: Number of continuous dumbell curls
Enter the number of dumbell curls you have completed without pause (greater than 2 seconds) or rest. Each arm curl counts as 1 curl.

Event 2: Weight of single dumbell in kilograms
Enter the weight of the dumbell you are using in kilograms. Do not enter the combined weight of both dumbells.
