Event 1: Pull-ups
The score cap is 20, do not perform more than 20 pull-ups. There is no time limit for this event.
Event 2: Crunches
The score cap for this event is 100, do not perform more than 100 crunches. There is a two minute time limit for this event.
Event 3: 3-Mile Run
The fastest possible time is 18 minutes. If you run three miles in less than 18 minutes, then you must still use 18 minutes as your time.
