The Crucifix challenge

This strength / endurance test involves holding weights straight out at each side for as long a time as possible. This is a weight biased event so the heavier you go the less time you need to pose!

Event 1: Length of time in Crucifix position
Record the length of time you hold the weights straight out at either side.

Event 2: Weight of combined dumbells / weights in kg
Record the total weight of both weights combined.
