Ninja Warrior Training - Push-ups challenge

Here are 10 variations of push-ups which will test your strength and agility to the limit. The challenge is to complete, at different times, as many continuous reps of each. The below video demonstrates each push-up:- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DmJ95NEQLbQ&feature=related- The 10 push-up styles are:- 1) Fingertip 2) Regular / standard 3) Diamond Grip 4) Wide grip 5) Explosive Clap 6) Plyometric 7) Explosive Wide 8) One handed 9) Spider 10) Handstand Enter your max continuous (no pause over 5 seconds allowed) reps for each style of push-up and your overall score will be calculated. Please note, some styles carry a higher points weighting than others (e.g. each one handed rep is worth more than a standard push-up rep).

Event 1: Fingertip push-ups

Event 2: Regular push-ups

Event 3: Diamond Grip push-ups
How many continuous Diamond Grip push-ups can you complete?

Event 4: Wide Grip push-ups
How many continuous Wide Grip push-ups can you complete?

Event 5: Explosive Clap push-ups
How many continuous Explosive Clap push-ups can you complete?

Event 6: Plyometric push-ups
How many continuous Plyometric push-ups can you complete?

Event 7: Explosive Wide push-ups
How many continuous Explosive Wide push-ups can you complete?

Event 8: One Handed push-ups (chose arm,don't switch)
How many continuous One Handed push-ups can you complete? You cannot switch arms on this, keep to same arm.

Event 9: Spider push-ups

Event 10: Handstand push-ups
How many continuous Handstand push-ups can you complete?
