The Boat Position Challenge
This exercise focuses on developing the abdominal region and helps to strengthen the back and legs. To perform this exercice, lift your feet off the ground and extend your arms straight out in front of you at shoulder height. Your body has to form a V shape. Hold this postion for as long as possible. The winner will be the person with the longest time and best form (linked to ratings!!)
