The Dip and Curl Challenge

This challenge is for those who like to push themselves to the edge and beyond! The challenge lasts for 2 minutes and involves completing as many dips as possible within 1 minute, followed immediately by 1 minute of dumbell curls. No rest period allowed, if you take one it's eating into your precious 2 minutes! Oh, and to make this challenge fair it's 'weight adjusted'. That means if you use heavier dumbells you'll get a score boost. Equally, if you are a big heavy dude your dips will benefit from a boost too. All that's left to say is "Let's get it on!!!!"

Event 1: No. of dips in 1 minute
Record the number of dips you achieved in one minute (must be followed immediately by dumbell curls). Video evidence is not mandatory, although failure to provide it will most probably result in a barrage of abuse from your fellow competitors!

Event 2: Your body weight in Kgs
Enter your body weight in kilograms.

Event 3: No. of dumbell curls in one minute
Record the number of dumbell curls you complete in ine minute (these must be immediately after completing 1 minute of dips). Note, each single arm curl counts as 1 rep.

Event 4: Weight of one dumbell in kgs
Enter the weight of the dumbell in kilograms (the competitor must NOT enter the combined weight of both dumbells).
