The Alternative Gym Triathlon challenge

Like the other gym triathlon challenges, this requires you to complete a run, row and cycle in the gym. However, instead of distance based, it's time based. So, you run for 10minutes, then row for 10minutes and finally cycle for 10minutes. Total up the distance you travelled in your 30mins of exercise and that's your score. There are no requirements about settings on the rower, runner or bike, just go with what works for you. Take as little rest as possible between the stations - enough time to towel down the machine you're on and then get to the other machine. No standing around for 5mins recovering!

Event 1: 10minute run
Run for 10minutes and cover as much distance as possible. Set the incline to 1%.

Event 2: 10minute row
Row as far as you can in 10minutes. Set the fan to whatever level works for you.

Event 3: 10minute cycle
Cycle as far as you can in 10minutes. Intensity level at whatever suits you.
