60 Minute Tri challenge
For those who find full tri too time consuming or just too arduous! Do a 20 min swim, followed by a 20 min bike and a 20 min run and post your distances.
The swim distance is worth 3 times the run which is worth twice the bike, to try to balance it out.
Event 1: Swim
Swim as far as you can in 20 mins and post your distance.
Event 2: Bike
Bike as far as you can in 20 mins and post your distance.
Event 3: Run
Run as far as you can in 20 mins and post your distance.
