1-go down to kneeling position.
2-put 1 hand next to knee.
3-put other hand about 12 inches forward
4-push legs back, spread legs slightly wider than shoulder width.
5-start push ups
6-twist & turn upper body towards the back hand.
7-tighten lats &pull navel towards the spine.
