Get Fit for London 2012: The Bronze Edition Gym Triathlon challenge

Want to get fit for the London Olympics 2012? Don't be a couch potato, get active and show everyone the real Olympic spirit! This gym-based workout combines rowing (1 Kilometre), cycling (3 kilometres) then running (1 kilometre). The athlete with the fastest combined times is the winner. Event 1: One kilometre row (1000 metre)
Complete 1 kilometre as fast as possible on a rowing machine, recording your time.

Event 2: One kilometre run
Complete a 1 kilometre run as fast as possible, recording your time.

Event 3: Three kilometre cycle
Complete a 3 kilometre cycle as fast as possible, recording your time.
